Our residence is a large selection of fruit trees, where mangoes, figs, avocado, loquat, pomegranate, khakis, Guavenbirnen, Guanabanas, Ñameras, different varieties of bananas, lemons, cactus fruits, coffee beans are harvested, etc.. Animals, such as: peacocks (free living), parrots, pigeons come and go as they please, cats and our dogs give the residence a special character and safety. The complex also includes a freshwater swimming pool with solarium is in a private area of more than 800 m2.

Maspalomas Maspalomas is situated on the southern tip of the island of Gran Canaria. Situated on the shores of the Atlantic. To the southeast it is the dunes of Maspalomas from the sea. Maspalomas consists mainly of resorts and associated infrastructure. The village is divided into the following parts: El Oasis: southern part, consisting of the Faro (lighthouse) and the oldest holiday resorts (1960s) Meloneras: southwestern part, consisting of large hotel complexes, shopping center and convention hall, built since 1997 Campo International: middle and eastern part, consisting mostly of bungalows and a golf course area, built 1980-1995 Sun Land: North Western part of Maspalomas, built in the 1980s with smaller hotels and private residences, in 1997 added more hotels El Hornillo: Located in the west of the village, home of more affluent residents, such as hotel managers El Tablero: Northern part, already on the north side of the highway, no hotels and residences of many hotel employees.
